The consortium, coordinated by Professor Ed Watkins, University of Exeter, involves universities as well as health technology companies and institutions from 8 European nations (UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland) permitting access to the diversity of young Europeans, both natives and migrants. It brings together a unique interdisciplinary team consisting of world leading academics from child and adolescent psychiatry, clinical psychology, social cross-cultural psychology, emotion research, statistics, and computer science.

The project actively seeks to establish research and application partnerships with important actors in the health, education, and employment areas (such as government and community agencies, health insurances, self-help groups, parent associations, school and employer organizations).
